Day 3 of Getting it DONE!!!

So I wanted to start the HCG protocol when I returned from New York. For some reason my Dr would not write the script and I have not had a chance to speak with her or the pharmacist. Apparently there is a Doc coming to Winnipeg in Sept that is familiar with the protocol so rather than purchase off the internet I will wait and see.
In the meantime I am following the diet. The HCG is supposed to help with the hunger on the low cal but I do not feel any real hunger so I think its time to simply stick it out.
I actually stepped on the scale this morning so that tells me I am ready to face it.
I go thru periods of not being able to face what I have been doing. This tends to lead to more eating.
Done with that!
Essentially I am on a 500-600 cal diet of Veg/Fruit/100g of chicken and Melba toast. Pretty simple and I have always been good with repetitive eating so no issue for me.
I have 25 lbs to lose and just sticking with it will get me there in 60 days. Really 60 days I can do that.


I ordered a Scott Sonnon product as well. Its called Intu-flow.
I have been thinking for a while that I need to get some balance in my body. Not just nutrition but movement.
I do know I have and continue to use or over use certain parts and now would be a good time to change that.
It will be here in 2 weeks so I will begin then.
In the meantime I will incorporate Yoga in the morning.
I want to get to where I wake and do Yoga or this intu-flow. I think a program like that will help with the depression/lethargy as we head into winter.
After a great year last year I have no intention of slipping away again.
Its odd to consider how much better I am. I know its summer but being busy in all ways take me a long way.
Sleep is still weird but I think I need a schedule.
I am always reisistant to scheduling but its time to begin.
This time I will simply start with things I need to do in the day and begin them in their appropriate order.
Trying to enforce extreme structure simply does not work. The child in me simply rebels.
So this year an alternative.
I will be logging my weight and cals on my gowear. It feeds me fab reports so I will track that way.
